PUBLIC NOTICE - Proposed Rezoning in Lepreau to the Resource and Aggregate Extraction Zone

Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 52 of the Community Planning Act, that the Minister of Local Government and Local Governance Reform is considering the following amendment to the Lepreau Musquash Planning Area Rural Plan Regulation- Community Planning Act

  • To rezone a portion of lands having PID 00272153 located off Wetmore Creek Road in Lepreau to the Resource and Aggregate Extraction Zone (R&A) to permit a new rock quarry.
