Meetings & Minutes

Members of the public may contact the Fundy Region Solid Waste Commission if they would like to make a presentation during regular monthly Commission meetings (typically the second Thursday of each month). Interested persons are asked to submit a written request of no more than 300 words to the Commission two weeks prior to the set meeting date. All presentations must be 10 minutes or less, have one spokesperson, and be an issue not previously entertained at a prior meeting. The Executive Committee holds discretion to approve when and if the presentation will be made to the Commission.

Commission meetings which are open to the public take place in March, June, September and December at 7:30pm. The annual meeting takes place in June (typically the second Thursday of June at 7:30pm).
